Open the Google Play listing on the device you want to use. The store can show whether that device and account are eligible. We have not confirmed a single minimum Android version for all current distributions.
If the store says “not compatible”, read that message before looking for another installer. An older APK may not support the current service.
The App Store listing, checked on 13 October 2026, requires iOS 15.1 or later on iPhone and iPadOS 15.1 or later on iPad. Check the listing again before installing.
Use your device’s software update settings and confirm that its operating system meets the listing’s requirement.
The app’s download size can change by release and device. Read the size shown in your store and keep extra space for installation, updates and app data. The old “50 MB required” estimate is not a verified requirement for the current app.
If installation stops, check free device storage and the exact store error. Use a stable connection for downloading; video or watch-along features may use additional data during play.
Read Google Play’s Data safety section or the App Store’s App Privacy information before granting permissions. Enable optional access only when you understand the feature it supports.
